"Great service, delicious food, very relaxing with soothing music"
"Went for breakfast today and had fried eggs, bacon, and toast and fresh fruit."
"Nice ambiance and a good selection of foods to choose from."
4 Lovely setting. Drinks are excellent. Bagels and lox (pretty unusual for a Mexican restaurant!) scrumptious. Salad was good; dressing could have had a bit more flavor. We'd definitely go back. Staff was wonderful.
5 Had an amazing atmosphere and customer service especially from Chris he was on top of everything and the coffee was one of my favorites. Haven’t tried better coffee anywhere nearby as spot on as this place offered. (Tried the Mexican mocha and white choc latte). Definetly will be coming back when we come to visit from Seattle, WA.
5 Delicious! Great options for vegetarians. I had a veggie sandwich with avocado mash and a ginger lemonade. Very refreshing and filling. Beautiful little hidden gem. Restaurant located inside a hotel property. If you plan on driving be prepared to pay 30 pesos to park in the hotel property. There is no easy parking options close by.
5 Great little place, hidden away. Food is good but not "wow great", choose the place a few times based on their hours of being open. I will say, every time there has been a minor error in the order, but fixed. (yes, ordering in Spanish.) con Pollo, getting an agreement and then getting no chicken as an example. Love the theme of the place, love the soft music, sturdy chairs and tables.
5 Fantastic little gem to find lovely American style sandwiches, soups, salads, and excellent beverages. The large, green pouring of Yerba Buena is refreshing and natural.
5 Made the short drive to Jocotopec to visit the Malecon and to have lunch. We had heard of Frida's previously and decided to check it out. My wife had a Viva la Vida sandwich featuring turkey and I had the grilled chicken with cheese and lettuce and tomatoes. Both were very well prepared and tasted great. The restaurant itself is beautiful. We will be back
5 EL Rincon de Frida’s is a charming gem tucked into an old ranch-style building that offers a warm, artistic atmosphere with open-air seating. The eclectic mix of dining furniture adds character, and the vibrant paintings of Frida Kahlo on the walls give the space a creative, soulful energy. The service is always attentive, and the food is consistently fresh and satisfying. Their menu offers a great variety—salads, soups, and sandwiches—perfect for a light but flavorful meal. I had the tuna sandwich with a fruit salad, and both were delicious. This spot has been one of my longtime favorites, and it never disappoints.
5 I absolutely loved this place, so much I returned not once, or twice, but three times. We dined in & ordered the Flor de Vida, Las Dos Fridas, & Sin Esperanza Sandwiches. Everything was great, tasted amazing, and the prices were very reasonable. The staff was friendly & attended to all our requests. The only reason I gave them a 4 star was because they forgot to have my to go order on time by the time we were done with our meals. The atmosphere was quaint & peaceful with beautiful Art throughout.
